Users must notify appropriate Organization officials including their immediate supervisor and Terms of use of information security concerns including, but not limited to, breaches of sensitive data or compromised accounts. Organization Computing and Communication Resources are managed by Users, Organization departments, or Terms of use, depending on a variety of business factors. Terms of use is not obligated to maintain backups of any file for any particular length of time. Users must protect and back up critical data. Individual Users and departments should develop policies and practices, coordinated with Terms of use as needed, to ensure regular backups of data and to implement steps to ensure that all critical data is compatible with all current generations of computing equipment, storage media, and media readers.

Transfer of Funds

Subscribers are required to settle all Subscription Fees owed to the Organization for products as outlined on the Website, utilizing online bank payment or PayPal. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Organization, all payments are to be made in US dollars. Subscribers are responsible for any bank charges associated with US dollar payments. Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions will be debited from the same bank account used for the initial payment, on the same date each month or year, or the next Business Day if the date falls on a non-Business Day, until cancellation by the Subscriber. Organization reserves the right to adjust its prices after notifying Subscribers on the Website of such changes, which will not take effect until at least one month after the notification date. Organization retains the right to offer trial packages at a lower rate to potential new Subscribers compared to existing Subscribers.

Process of Cancellation

We recognize that situations may arise where you need to cancel a purchase or request a refund. For course purchases, you have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund. If you haven't accessed any part of the course within this timeframe, we can provide a full refund. However, once the 14-day period elapses or if you've accessed any course content, we reserve the right to decline refund requests, either partially or entirely.

Usage Cancellation

  • If you do not want your Membership to automatically renew after the current annual period, you must notify us in writing at least three months in advance to avoid incurring the Annual Fee for the subsequent Annual Period.
  • You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, the Annual Fee remains payable for the remainder of the current annual period, and no refund will be issued for any Annual Fee already paid.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services at any time with valid reason. For instance, if mutual trust and confidence between you and us are lost, or if continuation could adversely affect our business, its operations, reputation, or goodwill.
  • Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Conditions automatically cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Company's trademarks and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. You are not permitted to use any of the Company's trademarks, including Certified, on any platform, document, or other materials following termination, and you must ensure that any third parties marketing on your behalf also comply with this provision.
